Metal Detector
SynosureTech developed the Metal Detector app. We respect your privacy and are committed to
being transparent about how information is handled when you use our app.
1. Information We Collect
Metal Detector uses your device built-in magnetic sensor (magnetometer) to measure and
display magnetic-field strength.
Features such as Magnetic Scan, Field Analyzer, and Spot Comparison process sensor readings
locally on your device.
- No account registration is required.
- Magnetic-field measurements are not transmitted to or stored on our servers.
- App preferences, such as sensitivity, sound, and vibration settings, may be saved locally on your device.
If you contact us by email, we may receive your email address and message to respond to your inquiry.
2. Advertising and Third-Party Services
The app displays advertisements provided by Google AdMob.
Google and its advertising partners may collect and process information such as:
- Device and advertising identifiers.
- IP addresses and approximate location derived from IP addresses.
- Advertising interactions and usage information.
- Device information and diagnostic data.
This information may be used for advertisement delivery, measurement, personalization where
permitted, and fraud prevention.
Where required, the app requests advertising consent using Google User Messaging Platform
(UMP). You may review or update your consent preferences through the Privacy Choices option
when available in the app.

3. App Permissions
Metal Detector uses your devices magnetic sensor for measurement features.
The app may also use internet access to display advertisements and vibration functionality for
optional alerts. Advertising identifiers may be accessed by Google AdMob where permitted.
The app does not require camera, microphone, or precise location access for its measurement
features.
4. Data Retention and Deletion
Metal Detector processes magnetic-field measurements locally on your device. We do not store
these measurements on our servers or maintain individual user accounts.
App preferences, such as sound, vibration, and sensitivity settings, may be stored locally on your
device. You can clear this information through your device app storage settings or by
uninstalling the app, subject to any device backup settings.
The app uses Google AdMob for advertising. Google may collect and retain advertising-related
information according to its own privacy and data retention policies. SynosureTech does not
have direct access to or control over the deletion of personal data managed by Google.

Since we do not maintain user accounts or a database of magnetic-field measurements, there is
no separate account or measurement-data deletion process provided by SynosureTech.
5. Data Security
We take reasonable measures to protect user privacy. Magnetic sensor measurements are
processed on your device, while data handled by third-party advertising providers is subject to
their respective security and privacy practices.
No method of electronic data processing or transmission can be guaranteed completely secure.
6. Children Privacy
We do not knowingly request personal information directly from children.
Third-party advertising services may process information according to their applicable policies
and legal requirements.
If you believe a child has provided personal information directly to us, please contact us so we
can review the request and take appropriate action.
7. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in the app, advertising services, or
applicable legal requirements.
Any updates will be published on this page with a revised effective date.
